Main responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between AMINDIS and its clients.
• Manage support requests from start to finish, ensuring complete resolution.
• Analyze technical and functional issues to provide appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to the monthly production of client reporting.
• Adapt and configure our solution to the specific needs of clients.
• Document procedures and improve best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who enjoys learning and teamwork.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• No prior experience required (0-3 years welcome), motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Affinity with financial markets and IT.
• Strong command of French and good knowledge of English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
