Main responsibilities

IT Operations & administration
  • Ensure the maintenance, scalability, and security of internal and hosted infrastructures, including client SaaS environments.
  • Oversee the IT infrastructure: servers, network, security, storage, Office 365, VMware, Citrix.
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents in close collaboration with the IT team and hosting providers.
  • Monitor technology trends and proactively propose continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with development and support teams to ensure operational efficiency
Project management & cloud transformation
  • Lead the migration of infrastructure to the Cloud (Office 365, Azure AD, VMware vCloud Director).
  • Implement automation and optimization solutions to enhance IT services.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Work closely with the Information Security Officer to implement the ISMS (Information Security Management System)
Team leadership & coordination
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a small IT team (2 people).
  • Organize task allocation and monitor the progress of internal IT projectsx.
  • Draft, maintain, and continuously improve technical procedures and documentation.
  • Coordinate activities with hosting providers and internal teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact and collaborate closely with all departments across the company

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in system administration, including at least 3 years with managerial responsibilities or project management experience.

Essential skills

  • OS Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, Group Policy.
  • Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix XenApp, VMware.
  • Réseau (switch, routeur, firewall, VPN, VLAN, WAF).
  • IT Security (SSL certificates, anti-virus, monitoring).
  • Office 365, Cloud (Azure, VMware vCloud Director, Sharepoint)
  • Experience in an ISO 27001 project or strong awareness of IT security requirements.
  • Management skills: leadership, team coaching, and priority management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages: fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
