Junior Backend Engineer (for Product Support)

At Backbase, you will have the opportunity to collaborate within our diverse, multi-disciplined teams, composed of highly skilled developers. These teams support our customer base, engaging with our enterprise banking products through cloud-native Java technology, and utilizing both Angular/Typescript and JavaScript.

Please note: we operate in a hybrid work model, so all candidates must be based in Kraków

What you'll do

You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for engineering solutions through code fixes or configuration changes tailored to specific customer issues, with the expectation of you to be proactive and self-driven.

Who you are

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar/related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• You are very familiar with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot;
• You are familiar with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Excellent English speaking, writing and presentation skills.
