And what about your role?

Our Crafter Consultants are involved in all the stages of the project lifecycle, from writing the business and technical analysis to implementing the developments, to supporting and delivering the solutions.

As a Crafter Consultant, you will contribute to our core mission of delivering high quality products. You will work with other project team members and liaise with the customer.

We're hiring people who are passionate by IT, are investigative, empathetic, client oriented, autonomous and have great communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will work under the supervision and the mentoring of the Senior and Lead Consultants. You will analyze client requirements and craft accurate solutions that are within the capabilities of the systems.

It includes:

• Analyzing and understanding customer requirements
• Translating customer requirements into functional developments
• Producing analytical documentation taking care to propose accurate solutions in line with end user needs
• Developing user interface and project story
• Implementing custom rules
• Respecting the advice and guidance of senior and lead consultants
• Analyzing and identifying threats or breaches in the use of best practices
• Collaborating with the technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with technology
• Testing thoroughly developed solutions
• Being customer driven

Qualifications

• Master degree in either economic related field, computer science, information systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with programming languages (object oriented is a plus)
• Ability to learn IT languages and understand business processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset
• Good time management and organizational skills.
