And what about your role?

As a .NET Full Stack Senior Developer at Craft It, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our products' core functionality.

Beyond writing code, you will actively contribute to product discovery and delivery, providing technical insights, feasibility assessments, and innovative solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work on internal R&D initiatives, where your ideas and expertise will directly influence the products and services of tomorrow.

At Craft It, we’re looking for people who are passionate about technology, naturally curious and investigative, with strong empathy, client orientation, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality code following clean coding and secure development practices.

• Build and test prototypes (PoCs) to explore new technical approaches.

• Work closely with the Head of Technology to validate architecture choices.

• Translate technical designs into working, maintainable code.

• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices using C#/.NET Core.

• Build scalable frontend interfaces using Angular 17+ with Standalone Projects architecture and implement Micro Frontends using Native Federation.

• Contribute to the development of a Custom Design System to ensure a consistent, scalable and flexible user interface across applications.

• Develop automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code reliability.

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in Azure.

• Explore new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to support R&D.

• Document technical decisions, PoC results, and lessons learned.

• Ensure proper data transformation (working with SQL, JSON, XML).

• Follow security best practices at every stage (secure coding, data protection, secrets management)

Hard Skills

• Strong C#/.NET Core experience (5+ years).

• Proficient in Angular and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus)

• Experience with SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, schema design)

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, code reviews)

• Good knowledge of Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)

• Experience building microservices (RESTful APIs, DDD principles)

• Strong focus on clean code, testing, and documentation

• Familiar with Playwright or other testing frameworks

• Basic understanding of security best practices

• Ability to work in an exploratory R&D environment — comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and iterative learning

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience

• Strong expertise in software architecture, product development and cloud systems management

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on innovation and R&D

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

• Comfortable with agile development and versioning tools like Git

• Proactive in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous learning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
