About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Growth Team. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, marketing operations, and data analysis, reporting to the Campaign Manager.

You’ll be the operational engine behind our B2B marketing campaigns - ensuring they run smoothly, are properly tracked, and continuously optimised based on performance data.

You’ll join a talented, highly motivated team of more than 200 Duco professionals across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. We’re looking for someone who is organised, technically proficient with marketing systems, data-driven in their approach, and passionate about using automation and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing.

What you will be working on

Campaign Coordination

  • Work with the Campaign Manager to set up, run and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage target lists of companies and individuals based on our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Target Account Map.
  • Set up and manage campaigns across various advertising and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn, Programmatic, HubSpot, etc).
  • Build automations and integrations between marketing systems to streamline workflows (our MOPS is HubSpot and CRM is Salesforce).
  • Report on campaign and event performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Analyse campaigns regularly and lead improvement initiatives end-to-end: planning, gaining agreement, project planning, briefings, reviews and execution.
  • Apply expert knowledge of our lead qualification process to confidently assess lead quality based on our ICP and Target Account Map.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain and continuously improve our Marketing tech stack, with particular focus on HubSpot (owned by Marketing) and Salesforce.
  • Monitor social listening tools to capture intent signals and trigger targeted campaigns based on prospect behavior and engagement.
  • Build and manage automations between systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy across all marketing platforms.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives as set by your manager.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track all leads as they move through stages with Sales and complete weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collate campaign data from different systems and platforms on a monthly basis and produce accurate, actionable reports.
  • Review campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data trends and historical performance.
  • Manage monthly expense tracking: collate invoices, align with Finance to balance budgets, and ensure everything is recorded accurately in our systems.
  • Monitor marketing spend and maintain budget oversight.

External Market Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing reporting trends, tooling, and best practices.
  • Suggest new metrics and ways of reporting as appropriate.
  • Become an expert user in all core platforms used by the Growth Marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot (essential).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Proven track record managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in FinTech, financial services, or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of additional marketing tools (webinar platforms, ABM tools, analytics platforms).
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data integration concepts.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
