We combine insurance broking, risk consulting and innovative solutions to help businesses manage complex and evolving risks. As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a motivated Junior Client Executive to join our Lisbon team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the insurance industry within an ambitious and international team.

You will work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues across Europe, supporting the placement and management of insurance programmes while developing your technical and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Support new business placements and client renewals.
• Manage enquiries from clients, insurers and third parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance markets.
• Prepare underwriting submissions, quotations and broking documentation.
• Assist in designing insurance programmes based on clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• Insurance qualifications (ideally, but not required)
• 1–2 years' experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Additional European languages are an advantage.
