You're ready to take on the challenge of designing a cutting-edge digital wallet and payment app :

• Develop an experience design language for Wero that can be standardized across our community of member banks, building on the work done by existing product and brand teams.
• Create examples of top-tier user experiences that can inspire and inform member bank teams and their stakeholders.
• Collaborate with banks that are implementing Wero to address experience design challenges. Share insights across the community.
• Present and advocate for design recommendations and Wero’s experience principles to senior bank teams.
• Foster a collaborative and two-way relationship with bank design teams.
• Contribute to inclusive and accessible design practices at Wero and among member bank teams.

💻 Technology stack

• Figma, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Photoshop, Final Cut, Slack, Jira, Confluence.

🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer or UI/UX designer, ideally in the e/m commerce and payments industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to create great digital products.
• Passionate about digital money and payments, with a problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm to dive deep into the subject matter.
• Ability to navigate and prioritize product goals, user insight, and regulatory constraints.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies, design systems and design tools such as Figma.
  
  

🐝 About the team

You’ll be part of a Pan-European Product and Engineering team that operates in an Agile environment. You’ll work closely — but fully remotely — with experts in Product Design, Web Dev, Mobile Dev, Backend Dev, QA and DevOps from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and other European locations.
