🐝 About the team
You will be reporting to the Chief Market Roll Out and be part of the team that is driving the Wero implementation across the markets and following up the transversal projects within the EPI organization to assure a successful market roll out.
Specifically for the NL market you will work closely together with Currence iDEAL, the EPI marketing, product and scheme teams and the local migration and implementation managers.
💥 Your impact
You will oversee and steer the progress of the transition from iDEAL to Wero. Thereby making sure all aspects are covered to assure a smooth and qualitative experience for Dutch consumers, merchants and iDEAL ecosystem participants.
You will be the owner of the overall migration plan and provide strategic guidance to the teams involved in the realization.
To be successful, you will have to:
- Structure the initiatives that contribute to a successful migration into a comprehensible master plan with clear KPIs
- Master the migration plan and keep it up to date with the latest evolutions in close cooperation with all stakeholders
- Take the lead in assuring alignment between the projects contributing to the achievement of the master plan
- Continuously monitor the successful execution of the transition, identify and mitigate risks and pro-actively work out proposals to adapt the master plan to secure the realization of the objectives
- Organize a steering committee, track accurately the progress and share timely updates with the sponsors
- Provide support to the project teams in dealing with challenges in an effective and efficient way
- Work closely with the joint migration board, a body composed of representatives from EPI, Currence iDEAL and key ecosystem stakeholders to capture feedback from the market and adjust the plan when/where needed

You could have participated in the review sessions of the migration plan and exchanges with the iDEAL ecosystem participants to collect their feedback. Together with the team you could have participated in the consumer and merchant research and worked on the branding and communications strategy to facilitate a successful transition.
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the world of payments
- At least 5 years experience in managing large, complex, multistakeholder programs
- Excellent knowledge of the NL payments ecosystem
- Experience with managing external stakeholder relations; example in a prior trusted advisor / strategy consulting role
- Experience with managing a project that involves competitors and thus requires to take into account competition law sensitivities
- Ability to challenge and influence your stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
- Fluency in English & Dutch (CEFR C1 or C2)
