🚀 Be part of a movement to change the way Europe pays
In today’s digital world, payments often still feel outdated: random delays and confusing rules make it harder than it should be to pay and get paid. The European Payments Initiative (EPI) is here to change all that, forever.
With Wero, our digital wallet, we make sending and receiving money simple, seamless and secure across France, Belgium and Germany, with more countries and omnichannel solutions coming soon. Supported by 16 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, EPI is building a new, proudly European payment system: easy, instant and transparent, all for the greater good.
🔎 What's in it for you
As an Executive Assistant, you'll operate at the heart of EPI, supporting the CPTO so he can focus on creating Europe’s next-generation payment system. You’ll be the organizational force ensuring that priorities run smoothly across a fast-moving, pan-European environment.
You’ll take ownership of complex coordination, streamline the CPTO’s workflows, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners. Your role will be pivotal in enabling leadership productivity, reinforcing alignment, and ensuring operational excellence across the product and design team.
If you’re resourceful, proactive, and energized by a high‑impact mission, this is your chance to contribute directly to Europe’s payment revolution.
At EPI, we embrace a remote-first culture, enabling our teams to work remotely from the country they are based in, with in-person meetings at least once a quarter to foster collaboration and connection.
🐝 About the team
You will report directly to our CPTO, who has more than 20+ years of experience in building, launching and scaling products and collaborate daily with other PA’s and the product and design team, as well as external stakeholders.
