We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team and contribute to shaping Fimple’s global visual identity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in visual design, corporate branding, and digital content creation. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and business teams to produce high-quality social media assets, brochures, print materials, event visuals, and presentation designs aligned with Fimple’s brand guidelines.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within technology, SaaS, or fintech industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience in designing social media visuals, digital ads, and platform-specific content (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Instagram).
- Solid background in creating brochures, one-pagers, infographics, diagrams, and other corporate materials.
- Strong knowledge of brand identity systems, typography, layout design, color theory, and modern design principles.
- Experience with presentation design using PowerPoint or Google Slides, following existing templates.
- Basic experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools) is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining consistency across all visual outputs.
- Capability to translate complex technical or product concepts into structured visuals including frameworks, infographics, diagrams, and presentation layouts that follow clear logic and business principles.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, asking the right clarifying questions, collaborating across teams, and proactively shaping visual outputs that align with business objectives rather than simply executing provided inputs.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Design and produce high-quality social media posts, digital assets, and campaign visuals for global marketing activities.
- Create and update brochures, data sheets, print materials, and digital marketing documents aligned with Fimple’s brand.
- Prepare visually compelling presentation decks using Fimple’s corporate templates.
- Design visual assets for events, including booth graphics, banners, roll-ups, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to support website visuals, illustrations, and UI-compatible graphics.
- Transform complex fintech, API, and product concepts into clear, scalable, and visually engaging graphics.
- Work with internal teams—including Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership—to support visual communication needs.
- Maintain and organize Fimple’s asset library, templates, and brand resources.
- Stay updated on global design trends, new tools, and best practices to continuously improve visual output quality.
