We work with clients across Turkey, GCC, CIS, and Africa, helping them replace legacy infrastructure with next-generation systems and launch modern financial products. As we scale internationally, building a scalable, reputable go-to-market engine is critical to our success.
We are hiring our first Growth Engineer; a foundational role that will define how Fimple generates pipeline across markets. This role reports directly to the COO / Co-Founder, works cross-functionally with sales and marketing, and offers direct exposure to the C-suite.

- You care about results (pipeline, conversion, revenue), not just inputs
Experience:
- 2–5 years in growth, demand generation, GTM, or marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (non-negotiable)
- Experience with outbound tools, enrichment platforms, and automation workflows
- Exposure to B2B SaaS and/or fintech is a strong plus
What Will You Be Doing?
You will be responsible for building and scaling Fimple’s demand generation engine, with a focus on outbound and inbound pipeline creation.
1. Build Scalable Outbound Motion
- Design and execute AI-assisted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, sequencing)
- Build workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and outreach at scale
- Continuously test and optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion
2. Drive Inbound & MQL Generation
- Work with marketing to improve MQL generation and conversion quality
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and campaign performance
- Ensure inbound leads are captured, qualified, and converted effectively
3. Leverage AI & Automation
- Identify and implement AI tools to scale GTM execution
- Automate workflows across lead generation, outreach, and tracking
- Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches
4. Build GTM Systems & Infrastructure
- Own and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and tracking
- Ensure clean, structured data and pipeline visibility
- Build dashboards to track campaign performance and conversion metrics
5. Create Repeatable Growth Playbooks
- Turn experiments into scalable, repeatable processes
- Document and standardize outbound and inbound best practices
- Help build a predictable pipeline generation engine across markets
