We are looking for a mid-level Mobile/Internet App Analyst to join our Digital Banking Platform team. In this role you will analyze, design, and document business and functional requirements for our Flutter-based mobile and internet banking applications, which serve multiple bank clients across both channels. You will act as the bridge between product, UX, and engineering, translating business and regulatory needs into clear specifications for client (Flutter), backend (.NET), and API gateway layers. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment are essential.

What Will The Right Person Look Like?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an analyst or in mobile/web application testing, preferably in the financial technology or banking sector.
  • Experience analyzing mobile and internet banking applications and translating business requirements into functional specifications and developer documentation.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks (e.g. Flutter) and modern web technologies.
  • Understanding of API-driven architectures and the ability to read API contracts, endpoint definitions, and integration flows.
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and how design decisions impact user behavior and adoption.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and payment schemes (e.g. FAST, KOLAS, BDDK/TCMB requirements) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with fluency in English.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Analyze, document, and define business and functional requirements for mobile and internet banking features across multiple bank clients.
  • Prepare detailed analysis and developer-facing technical documentation covering client (Flutter), backend (.NET), and API gateway layers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure feature implementation aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with UI/UX teams to optimize screen designs, user flows, and application workflows.
  • Map functional requirements to API endpoints and integration flows, and clarify open questions into resolved technical decisions.
  • Perform functional testing and contribute to the quality assurance process for each release.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, best practices, and compliance gaps.
  • Support client meetings and workshops, providing guidance and training where needed.
  • Stay updated with emerging mobile, web, and digital banking trends, regulations, and technologies.
  • Work closely with the support team to solve Jira issues.
