Who Are We?

Fipto is Europe’s first payment provider to hold both a Payment Institution licence (ACPR, France) and a MiCA CASP licence for digital assets. We power instant, compliant B2B cross-border payments by bridging fiat rails and stablecoin infrastructure into a single platform. Our clients—PSPs, fintechs, marketplaces, and enterprises—use Fipto to send and receive payments in 45+ currencies, 24/7/365, through our web app, API, or white-label solutions.

The Role

As Fipto accelerates its growth, we are expanding our partnerships team to deepen our ecosystem across both traditional payments and crypto infrastructure. As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships that extend Fipto’s reach and product capabilities. You will work closely with our Head of Partnerships to scale the partner ecosystem, with a particular focus on crypto-native partners, stablecoin infrastructure providers, and technology platforms— while also contributing to our existing relationships with Tier 1 PSPs and enterprise technology partners.

This role is ideal for someone who has built and managed partnerships at a payment infrastructure company or crypto payments provider and is looking for a high-impact position where they can shape the partner strategy of a fast-growing, dual-licensed European player.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across the crypto and stablecoin ecosystem (wallets, exchanges, on/off-ramp providers, custodians, neobanks) to expand Fipto’s distribution and product capabilities.

• Support and contribute to the management of existing Tier 1 PSP relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, volume growth, and contract renewals.

• Develop partnerships with technology platforms (Treasury Management Systems, ERPs, accounting software) to enable indirect enterprise distribution.

• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, integration scopes, SLAs, and revenue-sharing models.

• Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through integration, launch, and ongoing performance management.

• Own and drive the end-to-end integration process with partners, coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance — managing timelines,dependencies, and stakeholder alignment from scoping to go-live

• Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions (MiCA, PSD2, local licensing).

• Build and maintain a partner pipeline with accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting in the CRM.

• Represent Fipto at industry events and conferences (Money20/20, Pay360, Token2049, EthCC, Sibos) to cultivate new partnership opportunities.

• Provide strategic input on market trends, competitive partnerships, and ecosystem shifts to inform Fipto’s partnership roadmap.

About You:

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within the payments, fintech, or crypto industry.

• Deep understanding of the PSP ecosystem: acquiring, payment orchestration, cross- border settlement, and how partnerships create value in this space.

• Proven experience managing relationships with Tier 1 payment partners (PSPs, banks, card networks, liquidity providers) and technology/platform partners (TMS, ERPs).

• Strong knowledge of the crypto and stablecoin landscape: familiarity with stablecoin settlement flows, on/off-ramp infrastructure, wallet providers, and crypto custody is essential.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to structure and drive complex, cross-functional workstreams in parallel while keeping partners and internal stakeholders aligned

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.

• Autonomous, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience at a crypto payments or stablecoin infrastructure provider

• Experience building indirect distribution channels through technology platforms (TMS, ERP, accounting integrations).

• Existing relationships with key decision-makers at major PSPs, payment platforms, and crypto infrastructure companies.

• Familiarity with MiCA regulations, European Payment Institution licensing, and digital asset compliance frameworks.

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver API-based integrations.

• Additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.

Recruitment Process:

  • Technical test or Business case (to be prepared on your own within 2 hours)

  • Debrief interview with Charlotte, Head of Partnership (1 hour, video or at the office)

  • Interview with the co-founder, Gregoire, CRO (45 minutes, video or at the office)
