Join Our Team as a Business Developer! FundProcess is a software development company serving the Financial Industry. We develop a platform that integrates innovative Data Management, Business Coding and Reporting Technologies designed for use by Client Operational Teams. We’re actively seeking to expand our Team by recruiting a Business Developer with a strong interest in the Banking & Fund Industry and Tech Ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to our commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing the sales pipeline. You'll work to expand our customer portfolio across Luxembourg, and international markets. We believe in providing every team member with a comprehensive understanding of the business, so you'll be involved in training programs focused on every aspect of the company. FundProcess is a dynamic and growing company with clients spanning Luxembourg, Belgium, Israel, and UK, offering many opportunities for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities · Identify and qualify new leads within the fund industry · Conduct prospecting activities and outreach to potential clients · Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations · Prepare commercial proposals and quotations · Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients · Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing · Collaborate with the team on post-sales customer relations to build loyalty · Contribute to marketing initiatives (social media, brochures) · Maintain accurate records in CRM systems · Participate in industry events and networking activities Your profile · Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field. · Professional experience: At least 5 years in Sales (required), Finance and Software development (a plus). · Familiar with technologies, eager to learn, enthusiastic and open-minded. · Languages: French and English (fluent) Your skills · Proven track record in B2B sales with demonstrable results · Background or interest in technology/software solutions · Understanding of or interest in the financial/fund industry · Customer and service-oriented mindset · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Effective negotiation abilities · Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills · Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team · Comfortable with CRM tools and sales technologies Modalities · Start date: January, 2026 (flexible). · Contract: Full-time permanent employment. · Location: Remote work, and at our offices in Luxembourg and Liège Information Interested?
