Your Mission

Giftify is growing fast across the Middle East, creating exciting opportunities to shape scalable, market-aligned solutions. We’re looking for a Client Solutions Director to help turn that growth into structured, deliverable success.

In this role, you’ll operate at the crossroads of client insight and solution delivery. Collaborating closely with our senior business development leaders in Dubai, you’ll take the lead in defining scalable, market-aligned solutions that respond to the evolving needs of clients across the region. Your work will ensure that what we propose to the market is not only compelling but also feasible, aligned with our product offering, and operationally executable. A key part of your responsibility will be to deeply understand and capture the client’s needs in detail, ensuring they align with our solution capabilities. You’ll be accountable for translating those needs thoroughly and accurately to internal teams, fostering alignment between client expectations and execution.

You’ll also be responsible for implementing and documenting scalable, repeatable processes that improve how we take solutions to market - enabling us to grow with consistency, efficiency, and quality.

What you will be doing

  • Act as a key partner to our BD team during client discussions - understanding, capturing and translating the customer’s needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape solutions that are exciting for our clients and executable for our teams.
  • Contribute to the development of our go-to-market strategy across key markets, ensuring alignment between our commercial ambitions and delivery capabilities.
  • Provide senior support on more complex or sensitive deals, helping to ensure expectations are aligned and trust is upheld across all stakeholders
  • Drive the implementation and documentation of scalable processes, including playbooks and toolkits, to ensure consistency and repeatability in how we engage, sell, and deliver.
  • Support the internal handover process so that delivery teams are set up for success and clients have a smooth experience from contract signature to go-live.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how we work — creating repeatable frameworks that help us scale with quality and consistency.
  • Apply strong project management skills to coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams and initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • 7–10 years’ experience in commercial, consulting, client solutions, or program management roles, ideally in tech, fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of how products get built and delivered. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you speak the language of feasibility.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proactive and calm approach in fast-paced, ambiguous situations. Formal project management qualifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, especially in high-value, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator, experienced in aligning with diverse functions including Commercial, Product & Tech, Finance, and Legal.
  • A “builder” mindset — always seeking to improve, systematize, and scale processes.
  • Experience working in or with the Middle East is a plus.
  • Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
