The Role

As a Client Solutions Architect, you'll be at the intersection of client needs and delivery excellence, shaping and designing solutions for some of our most strategic clients. In a fast-paced, multicultural and multilingual environment, you will transform operational complexity into robust and scalable configurations.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with Implementation Managers, Commercial, and Product & Engineering teams to ensure that every implementation is technically sound, future-proof, and aligned with the client's business goals. This is a hands-on role that blends solution design, system configuration, and client consulting, offering the chance to directly influence Giftify’s ambitious growth.

What you’ll do

  • Support our Commercial teams during client discovery workshops and solution definition phases, identifying technical requirements and constraints.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions that align with Giftify’s strategic product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to address complex integration scenarios and guide clients on best practices.
  • Provide technical oversight during the testing and validation phase, ensuring solution quality and readiness for go-live.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain up to date product and industry knowledge to guide development decisions.

What you will bring…

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in technical project management, solution architect, or similar roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills: You speak the language of a broad range of stakeholders: from engineers and implementation managers, to users and CEOs.
  • A highly analytical mind, using data to inform your decisions.
  • You embrace a good challenge and love finding creative solutions to ambiguous problems.
  • Fluent in English; French and other European languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Candidates with experience in payments, gift cards, FinTech, or similar will be prioritised.
