Overview
As an Implementation Project Manager at Giftify, you will own the end-to-end onboarding of gift card programs for our clients, primarily shopping centres. Leading projects from kick-off to go-live, you will coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Client Success, Support, Legal,) and external suppliers to ensure seamless, on-time launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project kick-off meetings to define project scope, gather
- requirements, align on deliverables, and create actionable plans with clear
- milestones and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the
- implementation journey. Provide design and production timeline guidance,
- and ensure all setup steps are completed smoothly.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring strict
- alignment with Giftify’s guidelines, SLAs, and scope agreements.
- Support the setup, configuration, and testing of relevant hardware, and
- software, based on client needs, collaborating closely with internal
- technical teams and external suppliers.
- Deliver user training sessions and provide clear guidance on tools,
- hardware, and processes to ensure clients are fully equipped for launch.
- Proactively monitor project progress, address risks early, and oversee
- operational readiness to ensure successful, on-time program launches.
Skills & Qualifications

- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven ability to manage
- multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
- explain complex technical processes in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with a proactive, problem-solving
- mindset and resilience under pressure.
- Comfortable navigating IT systems, project management tools, and
- technical configuration processes.
- A strong teamwork mindset dedicated to delivering outstanding customer
- experiences and building lasting client relationships.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and French.
- Knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, SaaS, or gift card solutions.
- -Project management certification.
