We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Delivery to work at the heart of customer delivery.

You’ll apply advanced analytics and machine learning directly within customer projects, supporting implementations, Proof-of-Concepts, and live environments. Working closely with Customer Excellence, Professional Services, and the R&D Data Science team, you’ll ensure Vyntra’s analytics perform effectively in production and deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll do:

Customer delivery & analytics

• Contribute to — and sometimes lead — delivery projects, including implementations and PoC / PoV engagements.
• Apply data science and analytics expertise within customer environments, adapting and fine-tuning existing solutions.
• Work directly with customers, including face-to-face meetings and occasional on-site engagements.
• Monitor the analytical performance of Vyntra’s solutions across the customer base and proactively identify improvements.
• Respond to production incidents and support fraud response activities when required.

Coordination & collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers and Heads of Delivery to plan and prioritise data science delivery activities.
• Collaborate regularly with R&D Data Scientists to align on customer needs, data access, and analytical evolution.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of how Data Science is delivered within customer projects.

Tools, models & enablement

• Contribute to the development of data science tooling and libraries that support delivery and Customer Excellence use cases.
• Design and implement analytics approaches, algorithms, and machine learning models to address customer business problems.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and training material related to analytics features and delivery tools.
• Provide training and coaching to Professional Services consultants and engineers on analytical tools and best practices.

Support & continuous improvement

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex analytical issues raised by customers, delivery teams, or R&D.
• Occasionally provide support outside of standard business hours for teams operating across different time zones.
• Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, and financial crime / AML domains.

About you:

• Solid experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on applied analytics and machine learning.
• Experience working in customer-facing or delivery environments, ideally with analytics in production.
• Strong hands-on Python skills (e.g. pandas, sklearn, Jupyter) and the ability to write production-ready code.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining analytical concepts clearly and pragmatically.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work across delivery, product, and R&D contexts.
• Experience in financial crime, fraud, AML, or banking environments is a plus.
