As a Project Manager at Vyntra, you'll be the operational backbone of our Professional Services delivery. We build data-driven software that helps leading financial institutions prevent financial crime and achieve full transaction observability — and you'll make sure those implementations land well.

This is a coordination-heavy, multi-project role. Our PS consultants are the technical experts doing the hands-on delivery; your job is to keep everything around them sharp — plans, timelines, budgets, client communications, risk visibility and resourcing. You'll be working across several active projects at once, often with shifting priorities and tight timelines. If you thrive in that environment rather than despite it, we'd like to talk.

What you'll do

Delivery Coordination

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent PS engagements, keeping projects on track without being the one doing the technical work.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and documentation; track progress against scope and forecasted consultant hours.
  • Keep the right tools current (we use Certinia, Jira and Celoxis) — status reports, action logs, risk registers — and escalate issues early before they become problems.
  • Coordinate across Business Analysts, PS Consultants and Data Scientists to remove blockers and keep delivery moving.
  • Balance consultant availability across active projects and flag resourcing conflicts before they hit.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day project contact for clients, working alongside our PS consultants who own the deeper technical relationship.
  • Build solid working relationships with client PMs, project sponsors and technical leads — maintaining alignment on scope, timelines and success criteria throughout delivery.
  • Lead client status meetings, internal stand-ups and planning sessions; make sure actions and decisions are clearly captured and followed up.
  • Handle escalations calmly and constructively, with clear ownership of resolution.

Process & Ways of Working

  • Bring structure and rigour without bureaucracy — apply PM methodology (Prince2, PMI, Agile or similar) pragmatically to what each project actually needs.
  • Contribute to how we improve delivery processes as we continue to scale.
  • Be in our Yverdon-les-Bains office 3 days per week, with occasional travel for kick-offs, workshops or key client reviews.

About you

You're a customer-oriented PM with a solutions-focused mindset and a track record of keeping complex, multi-workstream deliveries organised — without needing to control every detail yourself. You're probably certified (Prince2, PMP, or similar) and you've developed real instincts for when to apply process and when to stay light on your feet.

Your background likely includes:

  • Managing several projects simultaneously at different stages and complexity levels
  • Coordinating cross-functional delivery teams without direct line management
  • Experience delivering software, SaaS or data-driven projects — financial services, banking or payments experience is a strong plus
  • Comfort working with technical teams: you don't need to be an engineer, but APIs, data integrations and architecture discussions shouldn't throw you
  • Strong communication in English; French is an advantage given our Yverdon base

You're highly organised, proactive and comfortable with a good degree of autonomy. You don't need everything to be perfectly defined before you can move — you're used to ambiguity and know how to create clarity for others around you.
