At Vyntra, we build solutions that give financial institutions full visibility of every transaction while protecting them against fraud and money laundering. You’ll play a key role in bringing our technology to life for customers. You’ll work directly with banks and financial institutions, guiding them through the implementation of our transaction intelligence platform, solving complex challenges, and helping them get the most from our technology.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two projects look the same — one day you might be deploying a new platform integration, the next troubleshooting an issue in a customer environment or advising clients on best practices. In this role at Vyntra, you will:

  • Deliver full end-to-end technical implementation projects for our transaction intelligence platform, ensuring successful deployment and adoption
  • Maintain strong technical capability across Linux-based environments and Vyntra technologies
  • Design, configure and deploy integrations and technical solutions to the required standard of quality
  • Work directly with customers to understand requirements and advise on best use of the platform
  • Troubleshoot issues across customer environments, integrations and deployments in a calm and methodical way
  • Provide service and support at levels 1/2/3 where needed
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Presales, Sales and R&D teams
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including proof-of-concepts and technical discussions where required

About you

We’re looking for people with solid Linux foundations who enjoy working directly with customers in complex technical environments. You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong communication and the ability to build credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed below, but you should be technically curious, comfortable learning quickly, and confident working in Linux-based environments.

If you enjoy the mix of implementation, troubleshooting, customer interaction and technical problem-solving — ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS or other regulated or operationally complex environments — this could be a great fit.

On the technical side, we’d like you to bring:

  • Strong hands-on technical implementation or support experience
  • Good Linux knowledge and comfort working in Linux environments daily
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PySpark or Bash
  • Database knowledge including SQL and scripting to extract/manipulate data
  • Exposure to integrations, APIs and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with technologies such as ElasticSearch, Oracle, MSSQL or MariaDB is helpful but not essential
  • Fluency in English is essential; other languages are always a plus
