Customer Success Manager – Transaction Observability

Our Transaction Observability platform gives banks real-time visibility into the flow of transactions across complex payment landscapes, helping operations teams investigate issues faster, improve resilience and meet regulatory expectations. Together with our Financial Crime Prevention solutions, we support more than 100 financial institutions worldwide in running safer, more efficient banking operations.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to become a trusted advisor to an international portfolio of banking customers across Europe, North America and APAC.
This is more than a traditional Customer Success role. You'll combine relationship management, commercial thinking and consultative expertise to help customers maximise the value of our platform while helping influence product evolution through customer insight and market feedback.
Working with internal teams, you'll be the point of contact for your customers, helping them achieve better operational outcomes while driving adoption, retention and long-term growth.
This is a hybrid role with around two days a week in the office and regular customer travel.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for the satisfaction, retention and growth of a client portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships across business, operational and executive stakeholders, becoming the primary point of contact for your accounts.
- Develop a strong understanding of your customers' payments operations, providing consultative guidance that helps them maximise the value of Vyntra's platform.
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and develop success plans that drive adoption and long-term value.
- Lead regular business reviews, demonstrating value while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Product, Professional Services and Sales.
- Capture customer feedback, emerging trends and real-world use cases to help shape product improvements and future customer success.
- Share industry knowledge and best practices, helping customers strengthen operational resilience and maximise the value of Transaction Observability.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales team.
- Support strategic sales opportunities by providing customer insight, references and domain expertise where appropriate.
- Contribute to the continued development of Vyntra's Customer Success function through knowledge sharing, customer insights and reusable best practices.

You build trusted relationships, understand customer needs and enjoy solving complex business problems. You're comfortable working with senior stakeholders, balancing business and technical conversations, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Required
- Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Consulting or Account Management within enterprise software, fintech or banking technology.
- Experience managing complex enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders.
- A good understanding of payments, transaction banking, banking operations or financial technology.
- Experience working with financial institutions or software vendors serving the financial services industry.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of customer retention, adoption and account growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the credibility to build trusted customer relationships.
- Naturally curious, proactive and collaborative, with a passion for improving customer outcomes and sharing knowledge across teams.
- Fluent in English.
- French and/or Dutch (Flemish) strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Transaction Observability, payment operations or Financial Crime (Fraud/AML).
- Experience delivering customer workshops, training sessions or solution demonstrations.
- Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth FinTech environment.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-driven platforms.
