Why This Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with leading financial institutions using Vyntra's Transaction Observability platform.
You'll build long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, helping them maximise the value of the platform while driving adoption, retention and growth. Working closely with Product, Professional Services and Sales, you'll become a trusted advisor to your customers and their primary point of contact within Vyntra.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of banking clients using Vyntra's Transaction Observability platform, with responsibility for customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Be the primary relationship owner for your accounts, engaging across business, operations and executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships through regular engagement with customers, both on-site and remotely, developing a strong understanding of their business, operational challenges and strategic priorities.
- Develop a strong understanding of payments operations and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Monitor account health proactively and develop action plans to protect and grow your portfolio.
- Drive platform adoption and identify opportunities to expand customers' use of the solution.
- Lead regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Product, Professional Services and Sales.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Contribute to a metrics-driven Customer Success practice focused on customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and expansion revenue.
Who You Are
You build strong relationships, understand customer needs and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
Required
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services or consulting within B2B software, fintech or banking technology.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable engaging with management and executive stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of customer retention, adoption and account growth.
- Fluent in English.
- French and/or Dutch (Flemish) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the credibility to build trusted customer relationships.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of payments, transaction banking, banking operations or financial technology.
- Customer Success or Account Management experience within a banking technology vendor.
- Familiarity with SaaS, data-driven or AI-enabled platforms.
