About Vyntra

Vyntra is redefining trust and transparency in financial services through Transaction Intelligence.

Formed in 2024 through the merger of two fintech leaders, NetGuardians and Intix, Vyntra combines AI-powered Financial Crime Prevention with Transaction Observability to help financial institutions see, understand and protect every transaction in real time. Today, we support more than 130 financial institutions across 60 countries, helping banks detect fraud, strengthen compliance and improve operational resilience.

As a recently merged organisation backed by private equity, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth. Our finance function has established strong operational foundations, and we are focusing on the strategic planning, commercial insight and business partnering capabilities that will help shape the next stage of our journey.

The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced FP&A and Finance Business Partnering Manager to establish and lead our financial planning capability.

Working closely with the CFO, you'll own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across a growing international business operating across multiple legal entities. You'll partner with leaders across the organisation to build financial ownership, improve commercial decision-making and provide the insight needed to support continued growth.

This is an opportunity to build capability and help shape how finance supports the business. Developing reporting and planning tools, contributing to strategic initiatives including acquisitions, and introducing smarter, more automated ways of working through modern technology and AI.

What you'll be doing

As our FP&A & Finance Business Partnering Manager, you'll lead the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with functional leaders to develop robust financial plans and provide clear visibility of performance against budget. You'll own rolling forecasts covering revenue, labour costs, operating expenditure and cash flow, ensuring business leaders have the insight they need to make informed decisions.

A key part of the role will be partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, helping them understand the financial impact of operational decisions, challenging assumptions where appropriate and building greater accountability for financial performance.

Working alongside the CFO and Finance Operations team, you'll also support strategic projects including acquisitions, partnerships and business expansion by developing financial models, scenario analysis and business cases. You'll contribute to board, shareholder and investor reporting, and play an important role in strengthening the Group's financial planning capability.

You'll continually look for opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes and make better use of NetSuite, automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and deliver better business insight.

About you

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You're comfortable working in an evolving environment, enjoy building new processes, and can translate complex financial information into practical business insight.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Around 5 to 8 years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Experience within a scale-up, growth-stage or private equity-backed business.
  • Experience operating across multiple legal entities and currencies.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
  • A track record of building or significantly improving FP&A, budgeting or forecasting processes.
  • Solid accounting knowledge and confidence interpreting financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or another ERP platform.
  • Practical use of AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query or SQL would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to SaaS, FinTech or other B2B technology businesses would be beneficial, as would M&A or post-merger integration experience.

Why join Vyntra?

This is an opportunity to shape a newly established capability within a growing international fintech. You'll work closely with the CFO, influence strategic decision-making, partner with leaders across the business and play a key role in the next stage of Vyntra's growth.

If you're excited by building capability, working at the heart of a business that's scaling internationally, and using financial insight to drive better decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
