Site Reliability Engineer
Isabel Group
Job description
Let’s shape the future of finance - together
At Isabel, we believe that real innovation happens when people and ideas connect
That’s why we’re building more than technology, we’re building an ecosystem.
One where every voice counts, and where your work can truly make a difference.
We’re looking for curious minds and collaborative builders. People who believe success means growing together, learning from each other, and challenging the status quo.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
As our Multibanking platform is a cornerstone of the corporate financial landscape and rapidly evolving (with new legislation and breakthrough technologies), the challenge for our IT Operations teams is twofold: ensuring applications and infrastructure are robust enough to handle massive transaction volumes, while at the same time maintaining the agility and speed to market of a fintech.
As a Site Reliability Engineer you’ll design, build, and operate the platforms and services that power our workloads. You will work closely with developers and platform engineers, ensuring a reliable, secure, and efficient environment that supports rapid business growth:
Ensuring availability, performance, and latency of critical services
Driving scalability and capacity planning initiatives
Implementing monitoring, observability, and incident response practices
Leading automation and efficiency improvements across the stack
Enforcing standardization, resilience, and security by design
Partnering with product teams to enable fast, reliable delivery
What you’ll do
Apply a software engineering mindset to operations, bridging the gap between development, SRE teams, and infrastructure.
Implement, maintain, and support AWS environments across dev, staging, and production.
Ensure services are automated end-to-end, with strong monitoring, observability, and incident response practices in place.
Define, prioritize, and follow up on non-functional and reliability requirements with product and feature teams.
Establish and evolve standards, methodologies, and best practices for cloud-native SRE and GitOps.
Drive scalability, resilience, and security across AWS-based workloads.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks to support mission-critical services.
