What you’ll do

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager is responsible for translating product and portfolio strategy into clear, scalable, and commercially successful market execution. The role operates at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring that solutions are properly positioned, launched, enabled, and adopted across target customer segments.

Part of the Business Development team, The GTM Manager defines and orchestrates end-to-end go-to-market strategies to ensure the organization sells the right solutions, to the right customers, with the right value proposition, supported by aligned processes and tools. He/she takes ownership of the end-to-end customer journey and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and continuously optimize end-to-end go-to-market strategies for products, services, and features across relevant markets and customer segments.

  • Segment markets and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Lead the planning of go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, market entries, and commercial pilots.

  • Ensure sales readiness by developing and maintaining clear messaging, pitch materials, use cases, value stories, competitive positioning, and pricing guidance.

  • Act as a central alignment point between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure coherent market execution.

  • Drive adoption and commercial performance by optimizing conversion rates and activation.

  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate customer and market insights into roadmap input.

  • Monitor market performance, customer feedback, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Track GTM-related KPIs and success metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Support continuous improvement of go-to-market processes, tools, and ways of working.

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, commercial strategy, consulting, or a related role.

  • Proven experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies in B2B environments, preferably within SaaS, fintech, payments, or API-driven ecosystems.

  • Strong capability to translate complex products and services into clear, compelling, and customer-centric value propositions.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English

  • Demonstrated success in product launches, market expansions, or commercial scaling initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, pricing and packaging models, and revenue growth levers.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and focus on measurable commercial impact.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a multicultural and cross-functional environm
