We are looking for a DevOps Manager who combines technical expertise, delivery excellence, and leadership to help us ship reliable software, faster. Working at the intersection of development and operations, you will shape how we build, test, release, and run our digital solutions.
In this role, you will design and promote automation across the delivery chain, from source code management and builds to release versioning. Your goal is to increase deployment frequency and reliability while removing friction for development teams.
You will act as an escalation point for complex internal and customer issues, and help troubleshoot and tune the platforms we run in production.
Together with your colleagues, you will foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Product, and Client Operations teams, and contribute to product analysis and process documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust delivery pipelines, leads by example, and thrives in a regulated environment where security and reliability are critical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, promote and support Continuous Delivery, Continuous lntegration and automation, including test automation
- Manage the source code repositories (Git)
- lncrease deployment reliability and frequency while reducing frictions
- Develop and manage the build and versioning of code releases
- Conduct DevOps tool research, evaluation, proof of concept, installation, configuration and training
- Troubleshoot and resolve internal and customer problems in a timely manner
- Participate in process analysis and documentation
- Actively participate in product analysis and development
REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
- Software development experience in one or more general purpose object-oriented programming languages -Python, Java, Ruby, etc., and version contrai (Git) proficiency
- lnterest and ability to expand your skill set with new coding languages, frameworks and technologies as needed
- Previous experience working and developing with several of the following: Linux (RHEL) OS, networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), security protocols and frameworks (SSL/TLS, OAuth2), large-scale system design and architecture, information security, Cl/CD tools (Jenkins), Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, lstio, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SQL and NoSQL databases, API gateways, REST web services, cloud experience (AWS and/or Azure preffered), Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Previous experience troubleshooting and tunning the platforms mentioned above
- Fluency in English (French is an advantage)
