To support our growth in Flanders, we’re looking for a Sales Associate to strengthen our sales team. Your mission will be twofold: acquire new B2B clients and develop existing accounts, including some strategic ones. You'll play a key role in helping organizations discover and adopt our solutions: Social Vouchers (meal, eco, gift) and our Reward Flex platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

Prepare & follow up on your commercial action plan

  • Identify prospects and relevant accounts in your target region (Flanders)
  • Ensure the CRM is always up to date with relevant data and contact info


Prospect new business

  • Call prospects and follow up by email
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and use that knowledge to engage with potential clients


Sell Monizze solutions

  • Build your own client portfolio
  • Present our products in a consultative way, adapting to each client’s needs
  • Negotiate offers aligned with the commercial strategy
  • Close deals and onboard new clients


Develop and manage your network

  • Build strong relationships within your target sector
  • Represent Monizze at relevant events and networking activities


Manage key accounts

  • Grow and retain a client portfolio through proactive account management
  • Propose new solutions to increase client satisfaction and value
  • Evaluate and report on client satisfaction
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • You love talking to people and turning opportunities into results
  • You are autonomous, results-driven, and well-organized
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong listening abilities
  • You enjoy negotiating and can find solutions that work for everyone
  • You're comfortable with CRM tools and reporting
  • You’re curious and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper
  • Excellent command of Dutch with a strong professional knowledge of French or English.
