We are looking for a Junior Account Associate to ensure our Account Management team continuously provides the highest level of support to our mid-sized customers through an internal sales approach. As Account Associate at Monizze you will manage your customer portfolio remotely, build strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the employer business unit.
This position is based at our offices and does not involve client visits or travel.

What You’ll Bring
- First experience in account management or sales is a plus
- Strong customer focus and the ability to empathize with customers' challenges, providing competent and compassionate solutions.
- Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work autonomously and take action.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to push yourself outside your comfort zone for personal development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think dynamically in fast-paced situations.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly growing company and adaptable to changes.
- Quick to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Calm under pressure and able to stay composed during stressful situations.
- Team player with an innovative, flexible, and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
