Your role in a Nutshell

As Office Manager & Personal Assistant, you’ll be the cornerstone of Monizze’s daily rhythm. You’ll manage executive agendas with precision, create a welcoming and efficient office environment, and bring our company culture to life through events and everyday interactions.

Job requirements

What You’ll Do

Office Management

  • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing office processes, supplies, and procedures.

  • Maintain an organised, safe, and inspiring workspace that supports collaboration and well-being.

  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate with our Facility Specialist, who supports maintenance and technical aspects of the office one day per week.

Personal Assistant

  • Take full ownership of calendar and meeting management for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring priorities are met and schedules flow seamlessly.

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders — professional, approachable, and always representing Monizze’s spirit.

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the executive team and staff.

  • Coordinate travel logistics with attention to detail and care.

Event Management

  • Plan and deliver memorable internal events (kick-offs, team buildings, all-hands meetings) where every detail matters.

  • Partner with the marketing team to support logistics for events hosted at our offices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in French and English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).

  • Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar coordination role.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills — you thrive on juggling priorities and keeping things running smoothly.

  • Solid computer literacy and comfort navigating the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A previous experience with Health & Safety matters is a plus.

  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset — you don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
