Your Team in a Nutshell

You’ll be joining the HR team — a team that builds an engaging, high-performing workplace where people, culture, and business growth reinforce each other. We work cross-functionally and support Monizze’s ambition to grow sustainably, with a strong culture of collaboration and ownership. The future HRD will also manage the person responsible for Office Management.

What You’ll Do1. Business Partnering

  • Serve as a sparring partner to the CEO and the Executive Committee
  • Deeply understand commercial, product, and customer challenges
  • Align people strategy, growth, and performance
  • Support Monizze’s transformation by smartly leveraging AI
  • Coach and support managers in their leadership role


2. Leadership & Human Development

  • Structure and animate a strong leadership culture
  • Develop managerial capabilities (feedback, empowerment, accountability, succession planning)
  • Continue and enrich training plans (soft & hard skills)
  • Build clear and attractive development pathways: A-people


3. Employer Branding & Culture

  • Position Monizze as an employer of choice in the tech / HR / fintech ecosystem
  • Embody and promote innovation, impact, and leading-by-example
  • Translate the Monizze culture into concrete employee experiences
  • Strengthen internal pride and sense of belonging


4. Retention & Engagement

  • Deploy a proactive retention strategy
  • Work on engagement, recognition, and long-term motivation (eNPS)
  • Use existing tools (Leapsome, HR data) for precise people analytics


5. “Eat your own dog food”

  • Make Monizze a living laboratory for its own solutions
  • Represent Monizze externally in Belgian HR ecosystems
  • Ensure employees use, understand, and embody Monizze products
  • Create strong alignment between commercial narrative and internal reality


What You’ll Bring

  • Confirmed experience (10–15+ years) in HR, including:
    • HRD / CPO / Human Resources Director roles
    • Alternatively, former business line manager with strong people affinity
  • Experience in a scale-up, tech, SaaS, or B2B services environment (fast pace of change)
  • Used to working closely with business leaders
  • Experience collaborating with an entrepreneurial CEO
  • Solid knowledge of Hard HR to act as a true tester and ambassador of Monizze’s products
  • Post-merger integration experience is a strong plus (Monizze is planning inorganic growth in the coming months)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in FR/NL/EN
