Your Team in a Nutshell

You’ll be joining the RewardFlex team to be the product and solution expert supporting the full client journey from advanced sales interactions to onboarding and early post go-live phase.

About our RewardFlex products, you owns product demonstrations, solution validation, onboarding preparation and onboarding delivery.

What You’ll Do

Product demos & sales process support

  • Own and deliver RewardFlex product demos during the sales process.
  • Adapt demos based on client needs and use cases.
  • Support Direct Sales by answering complex product, tax and legal-related questions during sales cycles.
  • Validate that proposed solutions match client needs and platform capabilities.
  • Support Sales when needed in building the final client offer (scope, constraints, required documentation).

Solution validation during sales

  • Ensure the proposed setup is realistic from product, HR and Compensation & Benefits perspective.
  • Identify risks, limitations or specific cases early in the sales process.
  • Escalate complex regulatory or product topics to Legal or Product when required.

Pre-onboarding ownership

  • Lead the pre-onboarding phase with the client.
  • Ensure all required client data is collected before onboarding starts.
  • Explain onboarding steps, timeline and expectations to the client.
  • Act as main client contact for onboarding preparation.

Onboarding & go-live execution

  • Lead client onboarding end-to-end.
  • Configure the RewardFlex platform together with the client.
  • Support the launch of cafeteria plan and/or mobility budget in the platform.
  • Ensure a smooth and structured go-live.

Early post go-live support & handover

  • Support the client during the first two weeks after go-live.
  • Help resolve early usage questions and configuration adjustments.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success for long-term support and relationship management.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in HR tech / SaaS, Payroll / HR operations, implementation consulting or customer success with strong product exposure
  • Good knowledge in compensation & benefits, cafetaria plan and/or mobility budget, HR and payroll processes
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with clients
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Good prioritization and multi-project management
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and SaaS environments
