We are currently looking for a “Product Owner / Business Analyst” (M/F) to support our growth in the fields of product development, product delivery (projects) and product marketing.
Job content
Joining our team as Product Owner / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of some of our products, from concept to launch. As the key link and the cornerstone bridging business objectives, user needs, and technical execution, you will:
- Translate the strategic axes and priorities from the management team into tactical roadmaps
- Analyse and understand problems within the big picture in our business and processes context;
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to define product requirements that meet customer needs and organisation compliance.
- Conduct deeper research to complement requirements and optimize market/product fit.
- Use tools like flowcharts, process diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to visually communicate and clarify workflows of the solutions.
- Translate product requirements into concrete specifications or technical artifacts (e.g. APIs, data structures, service-level requirements) when appropriate.
- Identify and mitigate dependencies
- Coordinate together with the different involved teams, the delivery of our products and projects, ensuring that the requirements and specifications are clear and understood, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with partners their implementation projects of our white-labelled solutions.
- Be responsible for product roll-out initiatives, working with:
- our marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- our operation team to ensure training of your colleagues, and maximise process adherence and efficiency.
- Report product and project updates to the management team, and drive cross-functional alignment across the organization.
- Take an active role in improving and overseeing our agile project management methodology, and be an ambassador thereof within the organisation.

Profile and skills
- You have a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- You have a natural affinity with technological products and trends.
- You have experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple projects in parallel.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills (internal/external).
- You are customer-focused and have a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- You have experience modelling end-to-end business processes and designing flow diagrams (using tools such as Miro, Draw.io, BPMN, LucidChart or equivalent).
- You can create wireframes or mockups with designers and developers (using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent).
- You can efficiently write clear specifications (incl. technical documentation) and product release notes (using tools such as Confluence, Notion, Swagger/OpenAPI, Redoc, ReadMe,or equivalent).
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactively seeing what needs to be improved. Even if you don’t have the answer, you can figure out how to get there pragmatically.
- You’re open to feedback, willing to challenge and be challenged respectfully, and focused on collective outcomes rather than individual accolades.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel.
- Experience with Azure Boards and Agile/Scrum is an asset.
- Either French or Dutch native speaker with a fluent English level.
