As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - POS Solutions to join our growing team.

As a Business Analyst - POS Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing documentation and validating key requirements to create efficient business processes and resolve issues. Your efforts will ensure impactful changes and smooth implementations, fostering collaboration across departments and driving continuous improvement in business operations.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze technical documentation to extract and summarize key requirements
• Develop analyses and visual tools (e.g., diagrams, flows etc.) to simplify complex processes
• Review and design processes using BPMN 2.0, validate with stakeholders
• Ensure alignment across departments, collaborate with development, product, and QA teams
• Conduct root cause analysis, impact analysis, participate in QA and prepare specs for resolution and support the process

What you bring:

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and process management
• Experience in software development specifications and project management
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 for process modeling
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Strong ability to communicate with Card schemes professionals and stakeholders
• Experience in QA support and user acceptance testing
• Experience with Agile practices, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
• Knowledge of UML and ArchiMate is a plus
• Fluent in English
