Head of Talent Acquisition (International)

About the role:

In this role you will drive the end-to-end recruitment for the company, ensuring a seamless hiring process and exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with business leaders, this role will align talent strategies with company goals while also contributing to broader HR initiatives such as employer branding, workforce planning, and talent development.

What you’ll do:

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

  • Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies to attract top talent and support company growth
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and workforce planning
  • Build strong talent pipelines and leverage market insights, benchmarking data, and analytics for smarter hiring decisions
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
  • Oversee and scale the team as hiring demands grow, ensuring strong execution of recruitment strategies
  • Provide hands-on support for key roles while guiding the team in sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Streamline recruitment operations, implement best practices, and drive a data-driven hiring approach
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Strategic Partnerships

  • Own the entire hiring journey - from sourcing to onboarding - ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to refine and innovate recruitment practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners to enhance sourcing strategies
  • Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, hiring best practices, and employer branding
  • Employer Branding & Talent Initiatives

  • Work on strategic employer branding strategies
  • Lead initiatives in talent development, internal mobility, DE&I, and succession planning
  • Continuously improve recruitment tools and processes to support long-term growth
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for the company’s culture and values
  • Maintain clear, structured communication throughout the hiring process to keep stakeholders engaged
  • Drive accountability among hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes
  • This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • 4+ years of international experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Team Lead role, overseeing recruitment teams and processes
  • Proven ability to develop and implement scalable hiring strategies that align with business goals
  • Strong experience in creating and leveraging dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-informed recruitment strategies and decision-making
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and growing recruitment teams
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Expertise in market mapping, talent pipelining, and employer branding to attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers
  • Experience in streamlining recruitment processes and implementing best practices for a seamless candidate experience
  • Experience with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and innovative sourcing hacks
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience
