  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of myPOS for our French-speaking customers – via chat, email and phone.
  • Guide users through our products and services, helping them discover their full potential.
  • Collaborate closely with Payments, Risk, Fraud Prevention and KYC teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Turn every interaction into a positive experience that builds trust and loyalty.
  • Share customer insights to help us continuously improve and innovate.
