Sales Finance Business Partner

At myPOS, we’re all about helping businesses grow and get paid. We make payments simple, smart, and accessible for everyone, but we’re more than just payment solutions - myPOS is a partner in growth. From free multicurrency accounts to powerful e-commerce tools, we’re here to support business owners of all sizes and everyone out there who dreams of starting their own business.

As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for Sales Finance Business Partner to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry. Ready to join us and shape the future of payments? Let’s make it happen!

About the role:

As a Finance Business Partner - Sales, you will play a critical role in bridging Finance and Sales. You will work closely with Sales leadership and commercial teams to align financial planning with revenue targets, sales performance, and strategic growth priorities.

Your insights will ensure that sales initiatives, incentive structures, and commercial investments are financially sound, performance-driven, and aligned with profitability objectives. You will support data-driven decision-making across revenue growth, margin optimization, pipeline performance, and market expansion, helping the business scale sustainably and achieve its commercial goals.

What you’ll do:

Capital Allocation & Performance Management

  • Own the capital allocation in collaboration with Sales, supporting decisions on where to invest, scale, optimize, or reduce spend across regions, segments, channels, and commercial initiatives.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial investments (headcount, incentives, campaigns, partnerships), ensuring capital is directed toward the highest-return opportunities

  • Define and maintain performance management frameworks for Sales, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, capital efficiency, and sustainable value creation

  • Challenge assumptions and outcomes constructively, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in financial discipline, profitability logic, and scalable growth principles

Executive Cadence & Decision Support

  • Establish and run a clear, repeatable performance cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to provide transparency and alignment across the CEO, CFO, Chief Revenue Officer, and executive stakeholders

  • Ensure senior leadership has a clear view on sales performance vs targets (revenue, margin, pipeline, conversion) and key trade‑offs, risks, and growth opportunities across markets and segments

  • Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear executive narratives to support timely and confident decision‑making at leadership level

Strategic Financial Partnership

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales leadership, supporting short, medium, and long-term revenue growth strategies from a financial and value-creation perspective

  • Provide guidance on investment prioritization across markets, segments (SME, Enterprise, etc.), sales channels, partnerships, and go-to-market models

  • Support strategic decisions around pricing, incentive schemes, sales structure, territory design, and expansion plans by assessing financial impact, scalability, and risk

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure Sales strategy is aligned with broader commercial and growth objectives

Performance Reporting Oversight & Insight Enablement

  • Partner closely with FP&R, which is responsible for preparing forecasts, budgets, and management reports related to Sales

  • Provide guidance and direction to FP&R on key commercial performance questions, required revenue/margin/productivity metrics, and interpretation of results, including identification of performance drivers such as pipeline health, win rates, ramp‑up, and churn impact

  • Review and challenge sales performance outputs to ensure insights are actionable, forward‑looking, and decision‑oriented

  • Continuously improve how Sales performance is communicated, emphasizing clarity, accountability, and impact rather than volume of reporting

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales leaders, acting as the primary Finance point of contact for commercial performance, targets, and investment topics

  • Work closely with FP&R, Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury to ensure consistent understanding of revenue performance, margin dynamics, and financial implications

  • Act as a bridge between Finance and Sales, embedding accountability, transparency, and a performance-driven culture

  • Influence stakeholders through insight, credibility, and constructive challenge rather than formal authority

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate revenue performance, margin dynamics, investment returns, and trade-offs

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally with exposure to Sales, Revenue, or Commercial teams

  • Proven experience in capital allocation, revenue forecasting, sales performance management, and executive-level decision support

  • Strong understanding of sales economics and commercial metrics, including revenue growth, gross margin, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales productivity, CAC, LTV, and payback

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear executive insights

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge and influence senior commercial leaders

  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

  • Structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset, with a focus on value creation and profitable growth rather than reporting

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Master’s degree (e.g. MSc, MBA) from a leading international university or business school is considered a strong advantage

Why you should join myPOS:

  • Vibrant international team operating in hi-tech environment

  • Annual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonuses

  • myPOS Academy for upskilling and training

  • Unlimited access to courses on LinkedIn Learning

  • Annual individual training and development budget

  • Refer a friend bonus as we know that working with friends is fun

  • Teambuilding, social activities and networks on a multi-national level

What we offer:

  • Excellent compensation package

  • 25 days annual paid leave (+1 day per year up to 30)

  • Full “Luxury” package health insurance including dental care and optical glasses

  • Meal vouchers of 102.26 EUR per month

  • Fully covered Multisport card

  • Fully covered public transport pass for Sofia

  • Free coffee, snacks and drinks at the office
