About the role:
This role is focused on driving employee engagement and strengthening company culture through internal communications and events. You will organize company-wide initiatives such as team buildings, celebrations, and partnerships, while creating engaging content for internal channels. The position requires strong event management, communication, and project coordination skills in an international environment.
What you’ll do:
Develop initiatives to improve staff engagement. This includes organizing events and managing programs such as employee gifts and celebrations.
Plan and execute company-wide events such as team-building sessions, partnership events, and parties.
Craft content, including social media posts, emails and newsletters to keep employees up-to-date and help foster a positive company culture.
Work with external organizations to promote the company through sponsorships and events. Support the communications team as needed.
Monitor internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and analysis.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including event management
Proven track record in managing corporate or business events
Communications or Marketing degree
Strong project management skills
Great organizational and time‑management abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bulgarian
Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in content creation and delivery
Experience creating engaging content
Ability to process complex information and turn it into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences
Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams across the organization
Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
Experience working with cross‑functional, international teams
