About the role:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the efficiency of the sales organization by assisting partners, managing orders from the partner platform, and providing reporting and pipeline insights. The role also involves improving internal processes, delivering analytical support to sales leadership, and driving operational improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the company's salesforce

• Support myPOS Resellers, Agents, and Partners on a daily bases

• Manage and track the orders received from our Partner platform

• Build and maintain a reporting framework to monitor the activity of the sales team

• Provide business analytics and reporting support in the area of pipeline and pipeline generation efforts and track KPIs

• Quickly learn, understand, and document and improve current processes, interactions & dependencies

• Provide business analytics and advice to the sales managers on ongoing business and strategic initiatives

• Ensure all the needed information to support the business and sales team is available in a timely and accurate manner

• Manage specific projects for improving different processes and operations within the sales team and the company

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Critical thinker who can quickly diagnose problems with hypotheses & quantify the impact

• Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-growth environment

• Data-driven & experienced working cross-functionally

• Able to present to & comfortable around multiple managerial levels
  Eager to continuously learn and develop

• Working knowledge of CRM / MS Office/ Zendesk/ Jira and Asana (or similar)
  Experience using technology & automation to design processes

• Able to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options at senior management levels

• Fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, or another related field

• Experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Operations will be considered as a strong advantage
