As we continue expanding across Europe, we are looking for a Partnership Manager in Italy to hold a key role in strengthening and growing our partner ecosystem across the country.

This is a strategic position where you will work closely with distributors, sales networks, associations, and other partners to drive commercial performance, strengthen relationships, and expand myPOS’ presence in the Italian market.

About the role:

As the Partnership Manager in Italy, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of partners across the country. Acting as the main point of contact between partners and internal myPOS teams, you will help partners grow their business while ensuring a seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and support functions.

Your mission will be to unlock growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem by improving engagement, identifying new commercial opportunities, and ensuring partners are fully equipped to succeed with myPOS solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and grow myPOS’ partner ecosystem across Italy, managing relationships with distributors, reseller networks, referral partners, and industry associations

  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring partners are fully enabled to promote and scale our solutions

  • Develop and execute joint growth strategies with partners, focused on increasing transaction volumes, expanding portfolios, and strengthening long-term retention

  • Translate market feedback into action, working closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Support) to improve partner experience and unlock new opportunities

  • Enable partner success through training and guidance, ensuring they fully understand the value of myPOS solutions and how to position them effectively in the market

  • Travel across Italy to meet partners, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities in the field and represent myPOS in the Italian market, building strong visibility through partner meetings, events, and industry initiatives

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, or Business Development roles

  • Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or B2B environments is highly desirable

  • Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve partner performance

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Analytical approach with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide decisions

  • Good understanding of the Italian commercial landscape and partner ecosystems

  • Fluency in English in Italian
