Global Process Owner - Procure to pay & Order to cash

About the role:

We're building a purpose-built Finance Transformation Office at myPOS - the engine driving one of the most ambitious ERP and finance transformation programs in the payment technology sector. As GPO for P2P and O2C, you'll own global process standards across multiple entities, sit at the heart of our NetSuite program, and embed operational excellence that will define how myPOS runs globally.

What you’ll do:

Process Ownership & Design

  • Act as the global standard owner for all Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes across multiple entities

  • Design To-Be process models - global standards, process flows, control frameworks and operational metrics

  • Build and maintain operational documentation: SOPs, RACI matrices, process narratives and policies

  • Ensure every process is designed for NetSuite configuration, scalability and auditability

Transformation Execution

  • Drive execution of transformation projects across P2P and O2C workstreams, including scope expansion

  • Collaborate with NetSuite solution architects and SI partners to translate designs into system configuration

  • Manage stakeholder interactions, cross-functional dependencies and go-live timelines

  • Identify risks and interdependencies; proactively resolve blockers before they become issues

Testing, Change & Adoption

  • Own the testing plan and scope for P2P and O2C; supervise UAT execution across all entities

  • Lead change management with entity controllers and local finance teams

  • Develop role-based training content and hyper-care support materials

  • Champion a process-first, continuous improvement culture across the organization

Governance & Metrics

  • Define and monitor process KPIs: DPO, cash conversion cycle, order fulfilment accuracy, AR ageing

  • Report program progress regularly to the FTO and steering committee

  • Establish post-go-live governance forums to sustain process compliance and drive continuous improvement

This role is perfect for you if you have:

Professional Background

  • 8+ years in finance transformation, process design or ERP program delivery roles

  • Deep domain expertise in P2P and/or O2C in multi-entity or multinational environments

  • Proven track record in global ERP implementation - NetSuite, SAP or Oracle preferred

  • Experience in or alongside PE-backed organizations undergoing significant operational change

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related; ACA, ACCA, CIMA preferred

Functional Expertise

  • Exceptional process mapping and documentation skills - Visio, BPMN or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties and audit requirements

  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultures

Technical Literacy

  • ERP: NetSuite (preferred), SAP, or Oracle

  • Process tools: Visio, BPMN or equivalent

  • Program management: comfortable running multiple workstreams simultaneously

Leadership & Delivery

  • High-energy, resilient and delivery-focused with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident presenter to C-suite and governance boards

  • Structured and outcome-oriented - you make things happen
