About the role:
Our commercial and operations functions are growing fast, and we need someone who can manage complex projects from start to finish. You'll own the delivery of initiatives across our commercial operations, coordinate with sales teams, BPO partners, and internal teams across 10 countries, and help us identify where AI and automation tools can drive real efficiency gains.
This is a hands-on project management role. You'll plan projects, track progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery. You'll also work with us to evaluate where AI and automation technologies add value — not as a technology expert, but as someone who can think strategically about opportunities and drive implementation.
What you’ll do:
Lead commercial and operations projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery. Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to execution and review. Work with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities where AI tools or workflow automation could improve how we work. Evaluate tools, understand their capabilities and limitations, and help your team understand how to use them effectively. You won't need to be an AI expert — you'll need to be able to think clearly about where these tools add real value.
Coordinate and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, including our BPO vendors and partners across different regions. Analyze workflows and processes, identify gaps, and design solutions that improve commercial outcomes. Define project requirements, create structured project plans, and oversee implementation.
Manage risks, budgets, and performance, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Foster cross-functional alignment across all teams. Conduct post-implementation reviews and champion continuous improvement through best practices and documentation.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
2–5 years of proven project management experience. This could come from tech, SaaS, operations, product management, or commercial environments — what matters is that you have a solid track record of managing projects and delivering on commitments.
Understanding of how to work with commercial and sales teams. This could mean you have direct sales operations or inside sales experience, or it could mean you're smart enough to learn how commercial processes work. Either way, you should understand the business impact of operational efficiency.
AI and automation technologies, but not as an expert. What we're looking for is someone who can ask the right questions: Where does this tool help? Where does it not work? How do we measure if it's actually making a difference? You should be comfortable evaluating new tools and thinking about where they fit in our operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on actual outcomes. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we're building processes and systems as we go. You'll need to communicate well — explaining complex topics in simple terms to different audiences.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is helpful.
Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience with BPO or external partner coordination is valuable but not required.
