Own the close for myPOS Order in Italy - every deal, from first demo to signed contract.

About the role:

We're launching our integrated ePOS solution in Italy, and building the first ePOS sales team here to drive it. As one of our founding Inside Sales Representatives, you own the close - you take qualified opportunities and carry them all the way to signed business.

This is your territory to run. You'll meet the owners and operators choosing how they'll run their business and understand what they need, show them what the product does, build the case, and earn the close. This is a backed, deliberate move into a new market, and you're early enough to help shape the playbook.

What you’ll do:

  • Take qualified opportunities from the SDRs and run them through to a signed contract - the full cycle is yours.

  • Demo the product around how each merchant actually works in their business, their setup, what they need it to do.

  • Put together commercial proposals that make the value clear, and present them well.

  • Negotiate within our pricing guidelines, and keep deals moving at a good pace.

  • Build real relationships with SMB owners and decision-makers across retail, hospitality, and services.

  • Present myPOS Order at events, trade shows, and local networking.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • 2-5 years in B2B sales and/or business development, with closed deals to show for it.

  • Experience in ePOS, SaaS, fintech, payments, or retail/hospitality tech - ideally selling software.

  • The ability to run a full cycle on your own, from first demo to signed contract.

  • A consultative style and strong communication skills - you listen before you pitch and build trust for the long term.

  • Openness to travel locally for events, merchant meetings, and commercial activity when it's needed.

  • Fluent Italian, confident English, French welcome.
