About the role:
As an Indirect Operations Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our self-employed field sales teams and resellers across Italy. Your role is to make sure they have everything they need to sell - and nothing slowing them down.
You'll guide Consultants and Resellers through the full sales cycle, from first customer contact to first transaction, handling the operational and administrative side. Sitting between the indirect sales channel and the wider business, you'll surface insights, clear operational blockers, and keep things moving toward our ambitious growth goals.
What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for our indirect sales channel, providing front-line phone and email support
Support Resellers and self-employed Sales Consultants across the entire sales cycle - answering queries and handling the admin that gets customers onboarded with myPOS
Follow up on deals generated by Consultants and Resellers, keeping each one moving smoothly through onboarding
Investigate and resolve anything getting in the way of onboarding customers successfully
Track orders and chase down shipping delays for customers waiting on devices or products
Spot ways to work smarter and recommend improvements to our tools, processes, and workflows
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English
Strong customer service instincts and a calm, confident approach to resolving cases
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently and decisively
Excellent organisation - you can juggle multiple cases and workflows
A solid grasp of sales practices and what good customer service looks like
Confidence with CRMs and the Microsoft Office suite
