From free multicurrency accounts to powerful e-commerce tools, we’re here to support business owners of all sizes and everyone out there who dreams of starting their own business.
As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for Project Manager to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry. Ready to join us and shape the future of payments? Let’s make it happen!
About the role:
Our commercial and operations functions are growing fast, and we are looking for a Project Manager who has already delivered measurable business impact through projects—not just coordinated activities.
In this role, you will lead initiatives that improve how our commercial and operational teams work across multiple markets. You will partner closely with stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Service, and external partners to drive projects from concept to implementation and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and introduce automation solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and customer outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role where success depends on your ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and turn ideas into operational improvements.
What you’ll do:
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring clear objectives, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with teams across Commercial, Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Service, and external vendors to drive successful project implementation.
Analyze existing workflows and operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions that improve performance, productivity, and customer experience.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, working with business and technical stakeholders to implement practical solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
Establish project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and roadblocks.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout project delivery.
Measure project success through KPIs, implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the evaluation and adoption of AI and automation tools that can create tangible business value across commercial operations.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
2–5 years of hands-on project management experience, with a proven track record of leading projects that delivered measurable operational, commercial, or customer impact. We are looking for someone who has owned outcomes—not only coordinated activities.
Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse groups.
Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational excellence, automation, or digital transformation and successfully implementing changes that improved efficiency or business performance.
Strong business acumen and an understanding of how operational processes impact commercial results, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both operational and senior leadership audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
Exposure to AI, workflow automation, low-code/no-code tools, or process digitization initiatives would be considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in English and Bulgarian are required. Additional languages are a plus.
