At myPOS, we’re all about helping businesses grow and get paid. We make payments simple, smart, and accessible for everyone, but we’re more than just payment solutions - myPOS is a partner in growth. From free multicurrency accounts to powerful e-commerce tools, we’re here to support business owners of all sizes and everyone out there who dreams of starting their own business.
As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for Marketing Analyst to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry. Ready to join us and shape the future of payments? Let’s make it happen!
About the role:
We're looking for a self-driven Marketing Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of the Marketing organization. Rather than just reporting on individual channel metrics, this person will connect the dots across Paid Ads, Organic, Lifecycle, Comms, Product Marketing and others -identifying where the data points to opportunity, flagging risk before it shows up in the numbers, and giving each sub-team the insight and structure they need to make faster, better decisions.
We're looking for someone who can operate with a strategic mindset, work independently across ambiguous problems, and act as a thought partner to Marketing team members.
You'll partner closely with Marketing, Data, and Finance to make sure marketing strategy and investment decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumption.
What you’ll do:
Own the marketing analytics function
• Design, build, and continuously improve the marketing analytics and reporting infrastructure (tagging, tracking, dashboards) so it scales with the business.
• Serve as the go-to owner for marketing data quality and instrumentation - proactively catching gaps or breakages in tracking before they distort decision-making.
Drive cross-team insight
• Act as the analytical connective tissue across all marketing functions - understanding each team's goals well enough to translate their data into a shared view of what's actually driving business value.
• Evaluate channel and campaign performance (paid, owned, organic, email, etc.) and quantify each channel's contribution.
• Build and maintain funnel performance reporting across the full web-to-lead-to-customer pipeline, surfacing where the funnel is leaking and why.
Think strategically
• Proactively identify the analysis and insights each team will need - anticipating questions from campaign performance reviews, planning cycles, and exec reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Marketing leadership on target-setting, forecasting, and budget allocation recommendations across channels and initiatives.
• Support go-to-market planning with performance frameworks and ROI evaluation baked in from the start.
• Experiment with AI/ML tools and techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, LLM-assisted analysis, automation) to accelerate insight generation and identify new ways of working.
Enable the broader team
• Create a mix of standardized and ad-hoc reporting that stakeholders can act on - recommendations, not only numbers.
• Drive adoption of new KPIs, dashboards, and analytics practices across the Marketing org, including training less data-fluent stakeholders to self-serve where appropriate.
• Bring a point of view on which metrics matter (and which are vanity metrics) as the marketing tech and measurement landscape evolves.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
Approximately 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a closely related analytical role.
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple marketing sub-functions (e.g., paid media, lifecycle, CRM, product marketing).
Strong command of marketing fundamentals: funnel and conversion metrics, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, channel contribution to pipeline.
Experience in turning ambiguous, cross-functional data problems into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on proficiency with a BI/visualization tool (Power BI will be considered an advantage).
Working knowledge of key AdTech and web analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, GA4).
Familiarity with CRM data structures (HubSpot will be considered an advantage).
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent stakeholder management - able to advise without direct authority across different Marketing teams.
Strongly Preferred
Exposure to or interest in machine learning concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, forecasting) and using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude, or similar) to speed up analysis.
SQL proficiency for independent data extraction and analysis when needed.
Exposure to marketing mix modeling and/or incrementality testing.
