About the role:
The PMO Manager provides structure, discipline, and transparency for the Finance Transformation at myPOS. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Lead, this role is the “engine room” that ensures every milestone, dependency, and decision is tracked and acted on. It integrates deliverables across ERP (NetSuite), TMS (FIS), and Planning (Abacum) workstreams, maintaining the single version of truth for program progress, risks, and value realization. Act as the central PMO for the entire Finance function, not only transformation.
What you’ll do:
Program Planning & Governance
Manage the Integrated Master Plan across ERP, TMS, Planning, and broader Finance initiatives.
Run the weekly “drumbeat” meetings; coordinate dependencies and resources.
Prepare SteerCo material and decision documentation.
Enterprise PMO & Chief-of-Staff Support
Act as the central PMO for the entire Finance function, not only transformation.
Support the CFO and FTL with chief-of-staff activities.
Ensure consistency between transformation and BAU finance projects.
Change Management & Communication
Coordinate change and training plans across all finance sub-functions.
Measure adoption and readiness; track feedback and corrective actions.
Partner with HRBP to align roles, communication, and cultural change.
RAID, Budget & Benefits Tracking
Maintain risk, issue, and decision registers; oversee scope/budget change control.
Track realization of automation, time-to-close, and cash visibility benefits.
AI & Automation Governance
Track AI/automation initiatives within finance (e.g., predictive analytics, reconciliations, chatbots).
Work with FTL and data architect to integrate into roadmap and KPIs.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Professional background
6–10 years of project or portfolio management experience within Finance or ERP/TMS/EPM programs.
Prior exposure to multi-country, multi-vendor transformations.
PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP certification or equivalent.
Functional knowledge
Familiar with finance process lifecycles (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury).
Understanding of project financials, vendor management, and testing lifecycles.
Technical tools
MS Project or Smartsheet for scheduling.
RAID and dashboarding in Excel/Power BI.
AI & automation literacy: understanding of data analytics and emerging finance automation tools (Power BI, RPA, machine learning).
Jira / Confluence familiarity a plus.
Delivery skills
Structured communicator; can synthesize complex information quickly.
Change agent
Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders with data.
Able to drive accountability without authority.
