Role Summary

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the central point of contact and a driving force behind Paynovate's talent acquisition strategy. This pivotal role focuses primarily on recruitment, where you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates through our hiring process. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across all departments to understand their talent needs, optimize our existing recruitment processes, and ensure we attract top-tier talent to fuel our rapid growth. You will also play a key role in enhancing our employer branding presence on social media platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by shaping our future workforce. You will report directly to the Head of People.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews, offers, and onboarding in close collaboration with the People team.
  • Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and support them throughout the process
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and contribute ideas to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related queries and coordination within Paynovate, in collaboration with the People team.
  • Contribute to enhancing Paynovate's employer branding on social media platforms to attract top talent.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience using ATS platforms and tracking key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, etc.)
  • Previous involvement in employer branding, content planning, or recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles across departments
  • Fluent in French and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
