As Head of Sales, your mission is to lead our commercial strategy while enhancing what’s already in motion. With a revamped pipeline and Hubspot (our CRM) already in place, you’ll jump in from day one: sell alongside the team, bring structure where it’s needed, and sharpen our go-to-market engine.
This role is for a strategic builder and bold operator—someone who thrives in action, drives clarity through collaboration, and leads with impact. You’ll bring the mindset of a scale-up leader: hands-on, fast-moving, and laser-focused on growth.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Lead and grow the commercial engine
- Drive sales across our B2B2C model, focusing on agent/distributor channels
Sell actively with the team while refining pipeline performance, deal velocity, and client conversion - Identify, test, and scale opportunities in international markets—travel expected (e.g., Dubai)
- Build and structure local sales teams mid-term to support regional expansion
Shape a smarter sales strategy
- Enhance existing CRM practices (Hubspot) and lead the development of a structured sales operating model
- Build and implement a scalable Business Intelligence layer: sales dashboards, market performance tracking, and predictive insights
- Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to define commercial business cases, size opportunities, and prioritize actions
Bridge Product, IT & CX
- Act as a business translator between Product, Tech, and the Market—help prioritize and launch high-potential features based on client feedback and commercial value
- Collaborate with Product and IT to assess the impact of upcoming roadmap items
- Partner with Marketing to shift focus from product-only messaging to customer experience-led engagement, across landing pages, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
Build cross-functional momentum
- Align with Legal, Ops, Support, and Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting client satisfaction
- Champion a collaborative, data-driven and entrepreneurial sales culture
🌍 Who You Are
- You don’t need to come from the payments sector—we value your ability to build, lead, and scale above industry familiarity
- You bring sharp business acumen, can craft and defend commercial business cases, and collaborate with product/IT to prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch
- Must-have :
- You’ve built and led sales teams in scale-ups—ideally managing 5–10 people in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- You’re a strategic builder and bold operator: able to shape structure from scratch and still thrive when things aren’t yet figured out
- You know how to balance strategy and execution—selling with the team while building long-term capabilities
- You’re data-literate: you know how to build and use business intelligence tools (e.g., Hubspot, dashboards) to inform decisions and track performance
- Nice-to-have :
- You’ve worked with indirect sales models (agents/distributors) and understand how to grow and activate partner networks
- You’re confident navigating international business development—with experience in launching or scaling sales teams across regions (EMEA/MENA a strong plus)
