Why This Role Matters
You'll be the first face (or voice!) of Paynovate for our terminal customers. Whether it’s resolving a bug, guiding through a process, or escalating to the right expert, you’re the person who makes the chaos feel calm.
Your responsiveness, clarity and ability to triage will shape the client experience, daily.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first line: Handle incoming requests via phone/email and dispatch efficiently.
- Support scope: Acquiring, issuing, terminals and broader banking topics.
- Collaborate with our second-line team ( experts, fraud & chargeback, ...) to ensure continuous learning and accurate escalation.
- Be part of a remote, multicultural crew that gets things done.

- Are comfortable learning on the job and want to grow
- Bring empathy, structure, and resilience—even under pressure.
- Work well remotely, but are also a strong communicator with internal teams.
- Are not afraid of ticketing tools like Zendesk.
- Are a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or equivalent) or someone hungry to learn.
- Fluency in both Dutch and French, English is appreciated
