About Us
Paynovate is a Belgium based fintech with more than 80 talented employees. We’re building a company where dreams are shaped, where bold initiatives are taken, where your leadership, ownership and ability to follow-through are valued. As a growing e-money institution, we are bringing payment solutions to the next level – and you could be a part of that.
Context
We’re looking for an experienced freelance Talent Acquisition Partner who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
This is not a “post-and-wait” role — you’ll be navigating competing priorities, aligning with multiple stakeholders, and bringing structure.
You’ll act as the go-to partner for hiring managers across the business, balancing diplomacy with directness to keep things moving. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, help shape processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience, even when timelines shift.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders, guiding them through priorities, timelines, and market realities.
- Source actively via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and your own network — targeting both active and passive talent.
- Bring order to ambiguity by streamlining steps, improving communication, and keeping everyone aligned.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the People team to maintain a consistent, engaging employer brand presence.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or RPO/agency), ideally in a high-growth or dynamic environment.
- Proven stakeholder management skills — able to push back tactfully, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
- Track record of navigating complex, shifting priorities without losing focus.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
- Comfort with ATS tools and recruitment reporting (Breezy is a plus)
- Bilingual French/English and solid knowledge of Dutch, with strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- A solutions-focused mindset — you see roadblocks as puzzles to solve.
Practical
- Location: Brussels Central
- Contract: Freelance – minimum 6 months, with possibility of extension
- Start date: Early September 2025
- Workload: Full-time (5/5) – minimum 2 days/week on-site, more depending on interview schedules
